Papohaku Beach is a few hundred yards away; it is 3 miles long and uncrowded year-round, often with only three people on it. Enjoy the nightly sunsets at the oceanfront pool. The HOA fee is $633 and covers water, sewer, electric, gas, grounds, and exterior maintenance. KBR has two companies with extremely fast internet available for all owners.
