Zoning is min 7,700 sf per dwelling unit, so a rough yield comes out to about 14 lots, however the ultimate lot count could be less depending on development standards, site planning, etc. Site is a very short drive to Rialtos best retail, including a brand new shopping center coming fall 2023 with confirmed tenants of IN N OUT, Sprouts, Ulta, Burlington and Five Below.
