A long-term resident of Manhattan, Andrusha was born and raised in Prague, Czech Republic. With her international background, she relates well to people of different nationalities. Andrusha is fluent in Czech and Russian, and is conversational in German.

Andrusha holds a psychology degree from New York University, a Certificate in Film Production from The New School for Social Research. She has spent years painting, and has shown at private gallery openings and sold to private collections. In addition, Andrusha has owned and managed four different restaurants in Manhattan, which has given her a strong business and marketing foundation, and led her to develop a highly personable approach to customer service.
