About Deb Wilson

Deb grew up in the Clarksville Montgomery County area of Tennessee. Deb has been married to her husband Rob for 20 years. They have 2 children, 16 and 9. Deb's son plays baseball and football and is an Honor Roll student. Deb's daughter is a Honor Roll student and recives educational awards on a regular basis. She plans on attending Austin Peay Middle College in the fall.

Having lived in the Clarksville Montgomery County area for over 30 years, Deb has extensive knowledge of the area and all it has to offer. Deb attended school in the local school system from elementary thru high school. Deb's 2 children also attend local schools. She knows the area schools. Deb also has over 150 hours of continuing education in the Real Estate Industry, not to mention hundreds of hours of seminars and training classes. Deb finds that keeping up to date on the market and technology helps her provide better service to her customers. In additon to knowlege of the market, Deb spends time with lenders learning all she can that will assist her clients as well. Deb understands the financing aspects of the transaction as well and uses that knowledge to fully explain options to her clients and help them understand the closing cost, pre-paid items as well as down payments. Deb works hard to keep up to date on all aspects of her business so she can provide a positive home buying or selling experience for her clients.

Deb loves to spend time with her family and friends. She enjoys reading and cooking. Deb spends a lot of time at the ball fields with her children.

Community Involvement

Deb attends Faith Outreach Church and has been involved in many outreach ministries thru the church to include Angel Food Ministry, Childrens Ministry, ROC, Praise Team Member, AV Department worker and several seasonal events.
Deb also has partnered with with local schools to provide proctoring during tesiting, as well as helping with special projects at several local schools.
