I have been a Southern California resident since 1990, a Real Estate Investor and a resident of the beautiful Santa Clarita Valley since 2000. I have a beautiful family. Since 1998, I have been married to Sally, who's a Home Loan Consultant and we have adorable twin daughters, Kalia & Keeli.

I believe in fun, so together we should have fun selling your home and/or buying your new one. I speak English and Tagalog fluently and I try very hard to speak French, German, Spanish & Italian but to no avail.

Besides Real Estate, my family and I love to travel and see different places.

All four of us also do TaeKwonDo - my daughters are 1st degree black belts and are ready to test for their 2nd degree. My wife and I just got our first degree black belt April 2009

Community Involvement

Team Captain, Kickin' Kahunas. One of the many teams in the Santa Clarita Valley Relay For Life, which is an annual fundraising event to benefit The American Cancer Society.

Also, I will donate at least $500 to any school or charitable organization of my clients' choice at close of escrow.
