Sandrew and Kat Montgomery, have been business partners for over a decade, having founded InternetionalExpertise (I.E.) ™®, the original venture catalyst firm, specializing in Sales & Marketing consulting for new venture capital-backed enterprises. They have over 50 years of Sales and Marketing experience between them. The Montgomery´s bring an entrepreneurial spirit, investment strategy and a progressive approach to the Real Estate Industry. SandKat´s core focus is in Sonoma,Marin and Napa and provides expertise and proven dedication to satisfying their clients because they listen and deliver the desired results!!
R.S. "Sandrew" Montgomery began his Real Estate career with Laurel Avenue Associates, starting in Mill Valley and then moving to a more central location in Marin, Larkspur, with the charter of building out the business model which helped bring this boutique firm from 63rd ranking to 9th in just 3 years. Having successfully completed this mission, the fastest growing Real Estate Company in North America, Keller Williams, acquired Laurel Avenue Associates and recruited Sandrew to open its San Rafael office. In January of 2006, Kat, his business partner of 11 years and Sandrew were designated to be the first two Realtors to open Keller William´s Santa Rosa Office where he sits on the ALC council as Director.
Mr. Montgomery has been named Chairman of the Leadership Council for the entire North Bay of Realtors Association (NORBAR). He is also a featured speaker on the "The Real Estate Show", 1350am.



Prior to Real Estate, Mr. Montgomery was President and CEO of the Venture Catalyst Firm, InternetionalExpertise®. As an internet pioneer, he was instrumental in the Sales and Marketing Strategy launches of early stage next generation software companies that include Netscape, Excite, Quote.com and Lycos, as well as start-up organizations within Apple, AOL and Microsoft. He has also served as Director on several boards and panels for Trade Shows.



Previous to High Technology ventures, Sandrew´s career began devising and implementing the initial Sales and Marketing campaigns to launch wineries that include Caymus, Opus, Dominus, Shafer, the Hess Collection, Gloria Ferrier, Matanza´s Creek, Viansa and Kendall-Jackson.



Sandrew´s area´s of interest include founding "The Grape Nuts", a wine tasting club of 21 years in which he teaches all aspects of oenology and California wine history. He continues to write tasting notes for many of the local wineries. He loves travel and is involved in many aspects of helping the local communities, including fund raising for CCI, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Sonoma Hospice, DARQ, Sonoma´s underprivileged children and was the largest sponsor to raise funds for a science lab for elementary children in Marin County.
