I have been in real estate for over 3 years, specializing in Jefferson and Shelby counties. In addition, I am relocation certified and specialize in working with first time home buyers and new construction. I have also trained new agents on the basic fundamentals of real estate, FHA, VA mortgages, new agent orientation and assisted broker with coaching classes to educate agents in the selling and listing process. In addition to my training, I have gained the following awards and recognitions; 2006 Rising Star Award, 2006 Esprit Award, 2007 Club of Excellence, 2007 Million Dollar Circle award for new construction and named top 10 agent in my previous office.
