Nancy Maranan has a strong background in finance and accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Accounting. She came to San Diego from the Philippines in 1992 with a huge American Dream in her heart and mind. She has been involved in real estate since she purchased her first San Diego home in 1996.


Her passion for real estate continued when she acquired more than a few homes and investment properties. She realized that with property values continuing to rise, real estate is a sound investment for now and for the future. She soon pursued her passion for real estate by becoming a Realtor. The heart of her business and prime motivation is to help clients make their real estate dreams come true. In addition to being a Realtor, she is also a photographer who enjoys traveling and capturing moments, people, and places in photographs. She speaks Tagalog fluently.
