About Sarah Powell

I was born and raised in Pine Bluff, AR. I've lived all over the U.S. but choose to live in one of the top ten small towns in America - Harrison, AR. I've been licensed in real estate in Arkansas for ten years and have worked in real estate related fields for almost twenty years. Wayne was born and raised in Pecos, TX. He feels the same way I do about Harrison. He got his license in 2005 and we joined forces to provide buyers and sellers the service they deserve.

I love being able to meet new people and to show them the area that I love. I work primarily with home buyers and sellers. My husband, Wayne, works primarily with land and commercial properties. Diane, our unlicensed assistant, keeps us organized.

I have gotten my associate broker's license as well as the GRI, ABR, and CRS designations. Wayne has gotten his associate broker's license as well as the GRI and GRLA designations.

Interests

We enjoy the outdoors (in limited quantities - no tents!). Our biggest form of entertainment is dinner and a movie (at home).

Community Involvement

We volunteer time with kids in our church's AWANA program. We're involved with our Band Boosters. We enjoy volunteering time in various local events as time and schedule allows.
