About Joe Laliberte

Hi, I am a Las Vegas Real Estate agent with Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS and have been involved in Las Vegas real estate for over 20 years. I currently live in Summerlin and have been a local resident of Las Vegas since August 11, 1977 where I graduated from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Hotel Administration. I spent over 23 years in the hotel casino industry and was lucky enough to hold executive positions during the opening of The Mirage and Treasure Island Hotel Casinos. I was also instrumental in the opening of the Mansion which is a private hotel casino at the MGM Grand that caters to the most exclusive of guests.

I love real estate and helping my clients attain their goals, whether it is, selling their property at the best possible price putting the most amount of money in their pocket or helping them find that exact home they were in search of and aggressively negotiating to get them the best available price. Real Estate has been great to me over the years, whether through investment opportunities; helping people or just loving what I do. I am surrounded by great people and am fortunate to work in a field that I meet more great people every day.
