About Dana & Kris Cole

Dana & Kris have over 11 years of experience in the Seminole County Public School System. Kris currently teaches and coaches basketball at Seminole High School; he has also taught at Winter Springs High School; and he was an Assistant Principal for Rock Lake Middle School. Dana is a full time Realtor. She works out of the Heathrow office for Watson Realty Corporation. When she is not showing homes, Dana substitute teaches at various local schools.

Dana Cole holds a BA in Elementary Education from Stetson University
Kris Cole holds a BBA in General Business and a Masters in Educational Leadership from Stetson University.

Interests

Kris teaches Advanced Placement Environmental Science and coaches basketball at Seminole High School. Kris has won numerous awards for teaching. The awards include SS&WCD Environmental Teacher of the Year, Disney Teacheriffic, Who's Who Among American Teachers, two girls basketball state championships as an Assistant Coach at Winter Springs High School, and numerous other awards. Kris and his students testified before the House of Representatives for the state of Florida and the Florida Senate in an attempt to get the state bird changed to the Florida Scrub Jay. Dana & Kris spend a lot of time with their family hiking and watching nature at local parks.
