A little about me:
I’ve been businessman and an entrepreneur since childhood. After completing grade 12 and graduating, I embarked on an initial career move within the automotive industry, and opened an automotive jobbing business with sales in excess of 1 million annually.
Then my career took a diversion and I became a sales rep for Quaker State Oil Company, meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
After a new arrival in the family I moved to a more stable occupation in the transportation industry, which I retired from.
But my entrepreneurial spirit kept calling and I opened a Tanning salon that I designed, built, owned and operated for 7 years.

And now I’ve been a resident of Columbus for five years, and know this city well. I have met many very nice people that have become friends through varied events, or memberships in clubs like the Moose Lodge, or Corvette Club of Columbus or the dog park association.

I am a realtor who listens to his clients and their specific needs. I actually write it all down and keep it with me at all times! If you are a buyer, I will not show you properties that you clearly are not interested in.

If you are a seller, I will give you all the current data on comparable properties and let you set your price based on what you feel your home is worth. I can’t promise buyer or seller that there will be no bumps in the road or occasional flat tires, but I can promise you that I will be there to make it work and solve the problems that arise each and every time.

I continually strive to be more than just a resident in this beautifull city, I want to participate in its developement, even if it means giving more of myself, It makes me feel Fullfilled.
I'm Co-Chairman of the Columbus Indian Dog Park Association, and also on our Board of Directors, "Site Committee", and "Membership & Rules Committee". For the past few months we meet every two weeks, to discuss ideas, confirm proposals, and so on,...

This past Christmas, I participated in the Columbus Firefighter's Cheer Fund, helping by taking time away from real estate work, and driving around our city and suburbs, even the rural areas, delivering donated Christmas boxes, to the less fortunate. To be totally honest, "It Was a Life Changing Experience!" It didn't have the effect of turning me into a "born again" person from a religious point of view. It just made me a better person!

I'm very good at "8-Ball", playing pool has been a hobby, sport, interest ever since high school. I play in tournaments all the time. Another way I participate in my community was to join our local Moose Lodge#398 here in Columbus. Well I've participated in most Moose events, including the State Tournaments!, and helped with the local Car Shows. And since the Moose organization is not only a social venue, they are also a huge community, and International organization that has their own charity "Moose Heart" So I'm helping them.

My point is this, It's not all work, it's not all play, it's just me, giving back to the community. These are only some of the ways I have given back.
