About Laurie Barnes

During my second year in the real estate business, I was recognized as a top producer in our agency. I received the Coldwell Banker Diamond Award. This award is given to sales associates that represent the top 17% of production nationwide. Before entering the real estate business in 2002, I was involved with other customer service positions in sales and interior design. My experience has helped me understand that listening to the consumers needs and helping them visualize the finished product, while I'm managing what can be a difficult process, creates a high level of customer satisfaction.

Laurie Barnes's Areas of Expertise

My clients vary from relocating families, waterfront properties, to investors and developers. Several of my developer clients have become well recognized and respected in the community through our joint efforts. Having relocated to and from the Western part of the United States, I can empathize with those who have the added burden of choosing a community suitable to their family needs. Having lived in NH for over 25 years, now as a resident of the Seacoast area, I am proud to represent what I consider one of the most beautiful areas of our state.

Community Involvement

Volunteer, mentor for Jaden's Ladder, a non-profit organization that assists survivors of domestic violence with life-enhancing, post shelter programs and support that build confidence and foster self-reliance. We work with area shelters to provide post-shelter care and guidance to ensure that survivors are empowered to take back their lives and become active and vital members of the community.
