About Stephanie or Larry Watson

Together we are members of four MLS providers not including the Southern California Alliance, which allows us to search most of Southern California and parts of Northern California. We have combined experience of 16 years and have completed several transactions setting us aside from all others. Stephanie is also the loan manager in our office so we can also help with your lending needs. Larry is an E-PRO Internet Professional giving him more knowledge to communicate in cyberspace and handle transactions digitally, he is also a Certified EcoBroker. Interests

We are both into bicycle riding (Larry more), fishing, going to the beach, surfing, spending time with our two kids. We like to hang out with our friends. Stephanie likes to shop(Larry not so much). OH don't let me forget we all love to go to DISNEYLAND. We are pass holders and go as much as we can.

We are both HEAVILY involved at our children school; Atherwood Elementry Both of us are PTA members and volunteer regularly in our kids classrooms.
