I am a native of the Kansas City area and a former educator. The opportunity to teach at universities in a number of states has given me both treasured memories
nd considerable insight of the differences in housing and lifestyle that transferees are often confronted with. When the opportunity to return to the Kansas City area presented itself, I seized the moment, knowing that I could give my family a comfortable lifestyle and outstanding quality of life in this wonderful city.

My wife, Carolyn, is a teacher/district instructional coordinator in the Olathe School District. My son, Ryan, is a recent graduate of the University of Kansas and after working in African Wildlife Conservation this past year, is working on his M.A. in Geography at KU.

I have been a Realtor in Kansas City for over twenty-three years. During this time I have helped over 1000 families buy or sell their homes. I have considerable experience in relocation, new construction, both single and multiple family sales, executive homes and first time buyers. It is of extreme importance that each and every customer I work with is both comfortable and satisfied. I have been blessed with a loyal clientele who have sent me countless personal referrals, yet I am thrilled each time the opportunity to work with new customers occurs.
