Debbie was born and raised in Cooks Point Texas, a small community between Bryan and Caldwell. She continues to live there with her husband Bill. She received her real estate license in 1992 and she became a broker in 1999 along with receiving her Certified Apartment Manager Designation. She worked for a property management company from 1992 to 2004, when she, along with her husband opened Tejas Real Estate Service (Property Management) and FossillMeyer Real Estate (Sales). She has been very active in the Bryan College Station Apartment Association where she served as Treasurer from 1998 to 2003, at which time she was elected as President Elect and she served as President in 2004. She has been a member of the Bryan College Station Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors since 1993. She continues to take continuing education classes and she stays up to date in all aspects of Real Estate and the communities in which she serves. She is dedicated to her clients, residents and her staff. Debbie will go the extra mile for you to assure that you are happy in your decision to purchase or lease a home from her. Outside of the Real Estate world, Debbie served as the Volunteer Fire Chief for the Cooks Point Volunteer Fire Department and she also served as an EMT for four years as a first responder for her community. She enjoys spending time with her children, her granddaughter and her family. In their spare time, Debbie and Bill enjoy traveling, cooking and dancing.
