Nelsson has been recognized as top engineer for margin at Data Products Corporation in Woodland Hill, California. He has managed the administration of two well recognized law firms of David H. Greenberg, Esq. and Robert I. Slater, Esq. in the Los Angeles area. In Addition, Nelsson was the owner of the well known Beverly Hills Breakfast Club restaurant before relocating 1994 to Hawaii.

Nelsson is an active supporter and board member of Shriners Hospital for Children in Honolulu, Hawaii. In 2003, Nelsson was elected to be the CEO or Potentate of the Aloha Shriners with jurisdiction throughout the Pacific Basin. He's known for his generosity in helping children to make their lives better with a promising future.

His 30 years of experience and diverse background made for a natural transition into a career in Real Estate.
