About Marie LaVoise

I have been in the housing industry for more than 20 years. I started with a commercial building firm while attending college (Kornwasser & Associates in Southern California); from there I studied residential real estate with (Better Homes and Gardens and Lumbleau Real Estate School) before going on and taking real estate in college. In 1988, I took the California Real Estate Exam. I worked in the emergency housing market in the not for profit sector for most of my career. I have moved over 30 times in my life, I know what it means to have to relocate your family for various reasons due to employment, school, military (USMC) or just moving to better your surroundings. I am originally from Greenwich Village, New York but consider Southern California where I grew up my hometown. I moved to Tennessee in 2007 took the Tennessee Real Estate Exam, and am now proud to call Middle Tennessee home.
